What Online Banking covers
After a successful Nusenda login, members typically use Online Banking to:
- Check balances and recent transactions
- Transfer money between accounts or to external institutions
- Pay bills with Bill Pay
- Use bill pay and transfer tools inside Internet Banking
- View eStatements and account documents
- Set alerts and review credit monitoring tools where available
- Manage debit/credit card settings and make loan payments

Common tasks (instruction overview)
Transfers
Inside Online Banking, look for Transfers / Move Money options. You can usually move funds between your Nusenda accounts, to linked external accounts, or (when set up) to another member.
Account transfers
To send money to another Nusenda Credit Union member, sign in and go to Move Money → Account transfers. You will need their full account number. Only set this up for someone you trust, and give the destination a clear nickname so you do not send money by mistake.
Bill Pay and mobile transfers
Bill Pay lets you schedule payments to companies you owe. person-to-person transfers where available is for sending money to people you know. Both require you to be signed in to official Online Banking or the mobile app.
Direct deposit
Give your employer routing number 307083665 and your Nusenda account number (visible after you sign in). Confirm details on the official site if anything looks unclear.
eStatements and alerts
Turn on eStatements to receive digital summaries. Set balance and activity alerts so you notice unusual activity quickly.
Mobile banking
The same Nusenda login works in the Nusenda Credit Union mobile app (App Store / Google Play via the official website). After your first app sign-in, you may enable device biometrics if your phone supports them. Download links should come from nusenda.org, not from random messages.
