How to log in to Nusenda
Follow these steps every time you sign in. External links below go to official Nusenda Credit Union pages.
- Open the official site or Online Banking. Type nusenda.org yourself, or go to internet-banking.nusenda.org. Skip unexpected email or text links.
- Choose Log in / Online Banking. From the official website, open Online Banking. Confirm the address shows internet-banking.nusenda.org and a padlock before you type anything.
- Enter your Login ID and password. Use the credentials you created when you registered for Online Banking. They are case-sensitive — watch Caps Lock and extra spaces.
- Complete security verification if asked. On a new phone or computer, Nusenda may ask for an extra check. Finish that step before your accounts open.

If you cannot sign in
Wrong password
A rejected password is often a typo or an old password. Try again carefully. Still blocked? Use Forgot Password? on the official login screen at internet-banking.nusenda.org.
Forgot login ID
Nusenda Credit Union asks members to call Member Services at 505-889-7755 during business hours so staff can verify your identity and help recover your Login ID.
New device or browser
The first login from a new device may require an extra verification step. Complete it, then continue. Do not share one-time codes with anyone.
Page will not load
Clear cache/cookies, try another browser, and confirm you are on internet-banking.nusenda.org. A stable connection and an updated browser help most load errors.
Stay safe while signing in
